Alfa F Crowdfunding Creation 

We are proud to announce the birth of a new franchise project development company, which expects to multiply by five the value of the investment. 

The creation of this project has been possible thanks to the cooperation of the consulting firm mundoFranquicia, the investment group AlfaF and our company, Fellow Funders, leaders in equity crowdfunding. 

The activity of AlfaF Crowdfunding will consist of the uploading of up to 10 Franchise Management Companies (SGF) to the platform, and the intermediation between investors and companies. Any investor will be able to participate in up to 5 high-yield projects, integrated in different SGFs, from 300 euros. 

The aim of this platform is to multiply by 5 the amount invested in a scalable and solvent project with a high growth capacity. Prior to the process, investors will know all the conditions. During the process, they will have constant information on all the projects in which they have decided to participate. Everything will be done protecting the investor with an exhaustive management control carried out with the maximum transparency. 

Our company Fellow Funders, a financing platform authorized and supervised by the CNMV (Spanish Securities and Exchange Commission) and whose risk and company valuation models have been recognized by the European Commission, will be in charge of analyzing and studying each of the initiatives in detail. 

Last but not least, it should be noted that dividends will be distributed, even though these are medium-term investments. AlfaF is expecting to co-manage 50 Spanish brands by 2019, thereby creating up to 3,000 new jobs.
