Get to know Jon Erdozia Castillejo, our ambassador in the Basque Country. 

We would like to introduce you to the Fellow Funders ambassador in the Basque Country, and current director of the northern region: Jon Erdozia Castillejo. 

Jon Erdozia Castillejo is a professional with more than 20 years of experience in the administration of the European Union (Eurostat), Corporate Finance (BNP Paribas Bank) and, more recently, in the Telecommunications sector (Euskaltel). He follows an important trajectory as Corporate Development Manager, having been head of Investor Relations at Euskaltel since the company went public. The company has been listed on the Spanish stock exchange (IBEX Medium Cap) since July 1, 2015. 

He held a high public office as Delegate of the Basque Government in the Republic of Chile. He has worked as a professor at the University of Deusto and currently holds a position as Director of the Northern area with us: Fellow Funders. 

With a solid financial, management and leadership profile, he has developed his activity throughout his career leading new innovative businesses (mainly related to the digital economy). He has also launched different startup projects during his professional career, not only as a business angel, but also as part of the business management team. 

In conclusion, Jon is a passionate professional with a clear focus on results, in addition to his experience in managing international and multidisciplinary teams with a valuable network of contacts in the public and private sector interwoven throughout his career.
