- The Althaia Artesana brewery is seeking to raise more than 500.000€ among its customers and friends through an equity crowdfunding campaign.

After the successful project with Dougall’s Beers last May, Fellow Funders is ready to launch the a second famous craft beer round. It was recently awarded by the Business Angels Spanish Association to the best operation in 2019.
Fellow funders is working this time with Althaia Artesana, a brewery born in 2014 in Altea, a small town in Alicante. It is known for its idyllic spots, that combines mountain range and sea in the middle of the Mediterranean coast. Althaia is created thanks to the passion for unique flavors and special beers. Their goal is to make the best beers, with 100% natural elaboration and techniques that respects the product.
Althaia has won 21 prestigious awards (13 of them were international), that confirms Althaia brewers are undoubtedly great experts. They got to have one of the best gourmet beers. As a result, Althaia has become one of the best beers in Spain and the world.
The main objective of the round is to reach 500,000€, through which Althaia is seeking to expand its factory and production in order to reach every corner of the world. In addition, they want to create a tap room with a capacity for 99 people where visitors can drink one of their exquisite beers while they watch their elaboration.
The project has already been approved by the Spanish College of Architects and it has a clear approach to sustainability. They will include photovoltaic panels in the structure, recycle materials from the shipyards, and they’ll reuse waste such as bagasse to fertilize urban gardens in the area. They will give their customers, friends and beer lovers the opportunity to be part of the little great project that make people talk. Moreover, Althaia will reward those exclusive investors with guided visits with the brewery’s founders, lifetime discounts on their products or cases of 12 different beers, among others.
