The Granada-based SME has created and patented the first integral precision micro-oil mill to concentrate the milling, beating and centrifugation processes in a single machine to obtain the highest quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil in short runs. You only need to introduce 3kg of olives, and in only 20 minutes, you will obtain the desired product.
It is a disruptive and innovative device -unique in the world- that aims to revolutionize a growing market that moves about 12,000 M worldwide in which Spain positions as the world’s leading producer, with 45% of the olive oil produced.
Olimaker will use these funds to produce and market its two models of micro-oil mills: one aimed at the professional sector and the other at the Horeca channel and homes. Fellow Funders will make effective the alternative financing process through its Equity Crowdfunding platform, authorized and supervised by the CNMV.
