What does the program offer?
The program offers expert support to validate the value proposition offered by the entity, as well as visibility, i.e., exposure through its channels and support in the company’s communications.
The finalist entity will be eligible for pro bono awards and financial support for its development. In addition, it will have access to strategic alliances with companies, institutions, and funders.
Stages of the program
The first stage will comprise the presentation of candidatures, open from January 10 to February 19, 2023.
The second stage runs from March 13 to May 5 and includes training and conceptualization. The selection committee formed by Shi2B Foundation members, experts, representatives of the partners, and collaborating entities of the program will select the first group of entities, choosing a maximum of 40.
The third stage is the development of the project, which will take place between June and November 2023. Of all the proposals received, the top 10 entities with the greatest potential will be chosen to contrast the project with mentors, experts, and collaborators, as well as work on specific aspects.
These entities will also participate in an intensive week of personalized workshops to work on their proposals. Other workshops will be held with professionals from different areas to continue optimizing the proposal. During these processes, each entity will have a Ship2B Foundation tutor.
Finally, the closing and Demo Day will take place between December 2023 and January 2024. The entities will present their projects at a public event where the awards and B-Value grants will be presented. In addition, there will be an Alumni group for the awarded entities, made up of mentors and experts, to continue supporting the finalist teams after the end of the program.
The call for applications is open until February 19. You can apply by filling out this form on their website, where you will find more information about this program, the experiences of entities that have participated in previous calls, and information about previous editions.
